Terms of Service

This site offers online information about Rinjani National Park, its packages, and facilitates bookings and/or purchases (“Services”) provided by Dwi Rinjani. Users have the ability to order services offered by Dwi Rinjani through the Site. By placing an order on the Site, you can order and/or purchase trekking packages or other available services. Order confirmation will be sent to you via email. We reserve the right to refuse orders for the reasons outlined below.

1. Fluctuations in market conditions or unforeseen circumstances may result in rapid changes, rendering the provided information inaccurate or inapplicable. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to our customer service, and they will provide assistance.

2. We retain the discretion to decline any user or booking, and in certain instances, cancel a booking confirmation, without providing reasons for the rejection, refusal, or cancellation. Reasons for such actions may include, but are not limited to, violations of these Terms, trade or economic sanctions imposed by global or national authorities, embargoes, regulatory prohibitions, instances of fraud or theft (or indications or suspicions thereof), criminal activity suspicions, suspicious ordering, unavailability of services by Dwi Rinjani, provision of inaccurate, erroneous, or misleading information by the user, issues with credit card electronic communications, information, or transactions, inappropriate behavior, threats, insults, refusal to provide information, practical impediments, communication difficulties or breakdowns, a Real Mistake (defined below), a history of violating these Terms, or inclusion in any governmental or international organization “black lists” or “watch lists.”

   If Dwi Rinjani rejects or cancels a booking for which payment has been made, the center will reimburse the charged amount without additional fees. We reserve the right to delete or remove (“Removed”) a user’s membership on this Site, either temporarily or permanently. Removed users are prohibited from attempting to use the Site under a different name or through other users (as described in the Fraud Prevention Mechanism condition).

3. In specific instances, we may cancel or reject reservations due to a “Real Mistake,” irrespective of the error’s origin. A Real Mistake refers to a fault on the Site, such as a pricing error, that no reasonable person would deem appropriate or in line with sound business practices. In such cases, the charged amount will be reimbursed without additional charges.
