How to book
- Send us an inquiry to our booking form, email at dwirinjani.id@gmail.com or WhatsApp
- Once your booking is confirmed, the deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Send us a copy passport ( First name, Last name, Gender, Place, and date of Birth )
- Share your arrival schedule at Lombok airport or any harbor on Lombok island for pick-up service.
Reservation & Payment Method
If you are interested in the tour package that we offer you, please send a message via email address or WhatsApp contact in the name of Dwi Rinjani. We will ask for your identity and ask for a deposit of 25% of the total price.
- Payment shall be made in the amount and currency as specified, excluding any bank fees or other charges imposed by Dwi Rinjani.
- Dwi Rinjani does collect taxes. Therefore, the final price already includes all applicable taxes.
- We can accept payments from all types of local banks
- For international transactions, we can only accept them via WISE, Revolut and Paypal

CANCELLATIONS
Upon making a booking, order, or reservation through the Site, you acknowledge and consent to the terms and conditions, encompassing policies regarding cancellation, absence, or any specific requests conveyed to Dwi Rinjani. Regarding refunds, Dwi Rinjani may withhold or deduct a portion of the amount paid to cover costs incurred in connection with the cancellation.
Cancellation Policy:
- TRANSFER AND ALL TREKKING PROGRAMS, applicable throughout the year: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer will incur a 100% cancellation fee based on the Published Rate.
- During High Season Periods (from 1st July to 31st October & from 20th December to 15th January): Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled program will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the Published Rate. Cancellations made within fifteen (15) days or more will be subject to charges for the National Park Entrance Fee (prepaid and non-refundable/transferable) and other nonrefundable costs amounting to IDR 225,000 per person per day of the package.
- During All Other Periods: Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled program will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the Published Rate. Cancellations made within eight (8) days or more will result in charges for the National Park Entrance Fee (prepaid and non-refundable/transferable) and other nonrefundable costs amounting to IDR 225,000 per person per day of the package.
- STAY/ROOM PACKAGES: Cancellation within seven (7) days of scheduled check in will attract a cancellation fee of one hundred (100) percent of net rate.
- PRE PAID TREKKING PROGRAMS: Cancellation of trekking program when the trekker is on location: no refund.
